My ears are a bit sensitive, and I have always had issues with earpieces that go in the ear. The ear loops both drop the headset below the level of my ear canal, so they don't help at all. The covers that come with the device are all too large for my ear, so I cannot wear the device without the ear loops. The noise reduction was apparently superb, according to those I talked to while I was using it. But with the irritation to my ear and the fact that it wanted to fall off my ear.
